Demarcus Cousins just began his 5th year in the NBA, and by all indications, he’s begun to perchlorate the way analysts expected him to when he was chosen as the 5th pick in the 2010 NBA Draft. He’s currently averaging 22 points and 11 rebounds a game, which translates to domination at the center position, but he isn’t just a menace under the rim. He’s attracted the ire of Chris Paul, and other NBA players, including one former NBA player: Charles Barkley. Barkley has previously stated Cousins needs to “grow up,” and was admittedly disappointing in Cousins’ play when he watched Cousins play at a high school game many years ago.

So, in a lengthy, in-depth interview with Ric Bucher for Bleacher Report, Cousins basically shunned any chance of he and Barkley ever having a good relationship.
