RZA reacts to Kendrick Lamar’s SNL performance via MTV
Kendrick Lamar’s “Saturday Night Live” performance was definitely inspiring to say the least. Last weekend Kendrick took the stage and performed his latest single, “i.” But there was something interestingly different about this performance. Kendrick rocked black contacts and a half braided head of hair. It was assumed that Kendrick was paying homage to the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard. As the performance circulated social media, fans made their own speculations, of course. But it seems that RZA was exactly on point with who he thought Kendrick was portraying. He sat down with MTV’s Rob Markman and discussed his thoughts on the performance saying, “looks like respect.” Check out the short clip HERE.
