Created in 2012, The Global Spin Awards recognizes the world’s most dynamic and talented DJ’s for their contribution to the culture of music and entertainment – past, present and future. Considered as the “Quality Standard of DJ Recognition” by music industry heavyweights, the awards show has impacted audiences globally and across genres.
Housed at the New World Stages Theatre in Manhattan, past honorees at the Global Spin Awards have included DJ Kid Capri, DJ Marley Marl, Swizz Beats, DJ Funkmaster Flex, DJ Envy, DJ Mustard, DJ Drama and DJ Starting From Scratch.
