The Sony hacks have revealed everything from some very high-profile movie release dates, to e-mails sent between Sony executives, and in one of those e-mails, one of the most visible and famous entertainers in the comedy and movie industry today was called a “whore” for requesting to be paid to use his social media services for promotion.

As Sony promoted their blockbuster film Think Like A Man Too, which was released this past June, they were looking for Kevin Hart to use his “social media savvy” to help promote the film, and by the looks of it, Hart would only do it if he was paid for it, in addition to the $3 million he was paid to star in the film itself. Sony executives didn’t take too kindly to this news, evidenced by the following e-mail exchange.

In reference to Hart’s request, Clint Culpepper, a Sony studio executive, say: “I’m tempted to suggest we call his bluff. If his film does NOT perform it hurts his brand and we have his next 3 films. I’m not saying he’s a whore, but he’s a whore. Let’s discuss in Tuesady’s MPG mtg?”

Hart took to his Instagram to respond to the comments.
