American citizens have been up in arms for almost six months this past year, joining together in protest against laws that many deem are insufficiently protecting their rights.  Organized political groups, such as The Tea Party, have also been quite vocal.

National news has been abuzz about groups of American residents coming together in protest against police brutality across the country.  In fact, isolated protests came to a plural head on Saturday, December 13, 2014 in Washington, D.C., as close to 25,000 people walked to Capitol Hill to voice a demand for a change of Congressional laws during the “Justice for All” rally.

What many don’t know, however, is that just a few days before the massive “Justice for All” rally, on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, members of the right-wing Republican Tea Party also came together in front of the White House in protest of President Barack Obama and recent immigration laws.

Far from a peaceful release of pent up frustration, the Tea Party members’ exhaltations were more reminiscent of a Ku Klux Klan meeting to promote violence.  In the video below, you can hear a group organizer stating the following, “We have a traitor who [sound muffled by wind] Marxism and Islam.  This is who our President is.  This President aids our enemies with taxpayer dollars.  He has funded the Moslem brotherhood.  He has funded Al-Qaeda and he funded illegal sales of weapons to cross our borders from America into Mexico.  It’s called the Fast and Furious scandal…It’s time to demand Congress to impeach…”

Demonstrators then began to speak individually, but not about impeachment.  Rather, they clearly expressed an interest in physically removing the President from the White House by force, and hanging him.

“Hang the traitor”.

“We got rope.”

“There’s plenty of trees in the front yard…Wouldn’t be the first one hung from one of them trees.”
