Monday Night’s game which pitted the New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears saw two teams who had been reeling with bad losses, face off in what was a must win for visiting New Orleans. The game was a laugher at best as the Saints cruised to a 31-15 victory and are now atop the NFC South, even though they are sub .500 with a 6-8 record.

Saints fan Richard Kohnke didn’t get to enjoy the win after being arrested for shoving Chicago Bears owner George McCaskey. Kohnke, who is a 58-year-old lawyer, was approached by McCaskey and accused of sitting in his seat. After a brief argument, the owner turned to turned to get stadium security, when he was pushed by Kohnke.

Chicago Tribune:

As McCaskey walked away, Richard Kohnke, 58, went after him and pushed McCaskey in the back, according to both police and the team. A Bears fan then tackled Kohnke, who pushed McCaskey to the ground, according to the team.

How someone was able to snag the seat of the owner of the team and stadium was quite peculiar.
