The Harlem’s OG have reunited and are on board to release some new heat in 2015…. #DIPSET2015
Following the recent news announcing The Diplomats‘ reunion, the Harlem, NY quartet went to Hot 97 to announce that they have an upcoming mixtape ready to take the streets by storm. Though the tape’s title has yet to be announced, expect production and guest appearances from FunkMaster Flex, Swizz Beatz, DJ Khaled and DJ Mustard. Clearly, they’ve wasted little time in the new year, and thanks to last night’s new release, “Have My Money,” which marked the group’s first track together in 5 years, we have new Diplomat material. If you are wondering if all the original members are on it, your wishes have been granted. Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Julez Santana and Freekey Zekey appeared on the track, and brought back the raw Harlem sound that made this group so popular in the early 2000’s. Listen below.
