Last Friday, the Dover Police Department released the above video of one of their officers singing along to Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.” The magic moment happened to be captured by the officer’s car dashcam.
With all the (well-deserved) bad headlines about cops, we thought it just wouldn’t be right unless we posted this up, too. Besides, how could we not?
“While reviewing dashcam footage, we come across some interesting sights to say the least,” remarked the police department, via Facebook. “We decided we would share some with you…We hope you enjoy this…and Taylor Swift, if you’re watching…we’re sorry.”
The officer was later identified as an Officer Davis, and it seems he’s quite the Swiftie.
