Looks like Bobby Shmurda will be locked up for a little while longer. His uncles, Debo and Calvin Wilson, the co-owners of Hard Tymes Records, tried to post the Brooklyn artist’s bail, however, Shmurda claims they’re just using money they stole from him.

Shmurda, whose real name is Ackquille Pollard, was arrested along with his crew last month on a slew of charges that included attempted murder, drug paraphernalia. and conspiracy.

Currently awaiting trial at Rikers Island, Shmurda would rather be in jail than get bailed out by ones who possibly stole from him.

According to Bossip, here’s what is taking place:

“Brothers Debo and Calvin Wilson, the co-owners of Hard Tymes Records, say Shmurda, their nephew, used Instagram to accuse them of taking $20,000 from him. The Wilson brothers said they proved they didn’t take the money, but the “Hot Ni**a” rapper still hasn’t said a word to them since.”

We just want to make sure he’s alright; that he’s safe

Calvin Wilson said.

We’re his family, and we’d never turn our backs against him. We always had his back. We showed him love. We tried to show him the ins and outs of the game.

Shmurda goes to trial on January 29th.
