Kyle Norman viciously attacks fiancee, then surrenders
Early Thursday morning, Kyle Norman, a member of famed So So Def R&B group Jagged Edge was arrested on aggravated assault charges after he punched and choked his fiancee with a scarf, then shoved her engagement ring down her throat. Norman’s fiancee reportedly approached her husband-to-be about his drinking.
After the attack, Norman allegedly broke his fiancee’s cell phone and disallowed her to leave in her car, after which she began to appease him in an effort to get him to calm down. Once Norman did so, his fiancee grabbed his phone and escaped to a neighbor’s house where she called authorities. When officer arrived on the scene, one found Norman running up the street yelling that he needed to go to jail. According to police, Norman’s horrible mood and drinking was due to his being upset about his father’s cancer.
