Kim fumbles on her footwear choice during her husband’s big moment
Kanye West has spent the better part of the past year–though, behind the scenes, probably the past half-decade–gearing up for a huge moment in the unveiling of his new Adidas line during NYC Fashion Week. The line which including footwear and clothing was unveiled to an extremely high profile crowd that featured everybody from Diddy and Jay Z to Vogue director and fashion queen of the world Anna Wintour. Everywhere Kanye West and his cohorts went this weekend, whether it was Travi$ Scott and Pusha T performing at the #RocCityClassic or Vic Mensa helping Ye debut a new song on #SNL40, the Yeezy x Adidas collaborations were in full flight. Even when a runway was absent, Kanye’s new threads and shoes were being profiled.
Well, somebody forgot to tell Kim how strongly–in a negative way–Kanye feels about Nike. Just as a reminder, during his #RocCityClassic concert, he yelled “We ain’t wearing that other company no more! Right?” in reference to Nike. In a some new photos that surfaced, Kim can be seen having a cute mommy moment with her and Ye’s daughter, North. Strangely Mrs. Kardashian West can be clearly seen rocking a pair of Nike Roshe runs. Considering Ye’s Adidas reveal was only 4 days ago, it’s a bit…awkward. That may have earned her a strong talking to from the G.O.O.D. Music headmaster. Or not.
