Does Blue Ivy have an older brother she doesn’t know about?
Earlier today, news surfaced of a lawsuit filed by Rymir Satterthwaite and his family, claiming that a man named Shawn Carter, who we know as Jay Z, is his father.
A report from the New York Daily News alleges that the suit claims Satterthwaite’s mother slept with Jay Z in the 90’s, and that Hov is dodging having to take a paternity test with false documentation in an effort to duck a potential testing mandate.
Lillie Coley, Rymir Satterthwaite’s legal guardian, reportedly filed the suit in December. Initially, the case was tossed out after a jurisdiction issue–Hov’s lawyer argued that Jay’s from Manhattan, not Jersey–and the family is continuously arguing that the maneuver was just a mechanism used by Jay’s defense to help him avoid actually having to take the test.
