Bobbi Kristina Brown has been in the news since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub a few short weeks ago. Since then, she has remained in a coma, with several media outlets stating that the family is in horrible position of having to decide whether to remove her from life support. The final decision is in the hands of her father, R&B singer Bobby Brown. Today, People magazine is reporting that Bobbi Kristina was not only heavily drinking but also abusing drugs such as cocaine, heroin and xanax. The mixture of heroin and Xanax is a potentially fatal combo.
The report also claims that many around the 21-year-old often saw her in a sedated and/or incoherent state, often slurring her words. It is widely known that Bobbi Kristina battled with substance abuse, having several stints in rehab since her mother Whitney Houston‘s death a few years ago. “This girl was trying hard, but she didn’t have any support system. She was still dealing with a lot of grief over her mother.” said one source. The new revelations adds a bit more context to an already devastating story.
