The album, which went through multiple push backs, was 50 Cent‘s fourth studio album. Before I Self Destruct was a mediocre showing from the G-Unit general. The album was filled with 50 Cent’s blueprint for all of his albums. It included street records (“Crimewave,” “Ok You’re Right,”) to go along with a few records for the ladies (“Baby By Me,” “Do You Think About Me”). Besides the aformentioned tracks, little if anything else is listenable. It went onto sell a total of 114,000 copies in its first week.
