Donnie Trumpet, Chance The Rapper and The Social Experiment, a band of musically inclined and creatively gifted brothers, have released several records over the past few months, leading up to the release of their debut full-length album, Surf, which Chance initially wanted to release late last year, but he’s apparently drummed up alternate plans.
One of those records, “Sunday Candy,” a feel-good anthem nearly impossible not to like, has finally been granted a video, and they couldn’t have released it on a better day. As the frigid East Coast temps slowly begin to give way to an overdue wave of spring warmth, and music festival season officially begins out west at Coachella, everyone’s got a little something to celebrate.
