Giorgio Armani celebrated 40 years of activity with a special event. The highlights of the night were the opening of Armani/Silos, the new exhibition space and a grand fashion show, which showcased a selection of pieces from Giorgio Armani Privé collections in front of around 500 guests, including VIPs, personalities, dignitaries and members of the Italian and foreign press. The night ended with a cocktail party accompanied by a DJ set.
A listers in attendance included Cate Blanchett, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sophia Loren, Tina Turner, Glenn Close, Hilary Swank, Chris Pine, Zhang Ziyi, Pierce Brosnan, Janet Jackson, Lauren Hutton, Aishwarya Rai, Sarah Gadon and Roberta Armani. They all donned Armani, of course.
