According to the NY Daily News, Delgado-Galban is claiming that he was violated by two female staffers while under incarceration at Washington County Jail for allegedly tampering with a witness, sexual harrassement, failure to register as a sex offender and other allegations. What makes the story strange is that Delagado-Galban willingly had sex with the staffers.

The women, Jill Curry and Brett Robinson, both of whom served as service technicians at the maximum security facility are accused of releasing Galban from his cell and having sex with him. Both women claim that Delgado-Galban manipulated them into having sex. Both women pleaded guilty to multiple charges in the case. Curry, who was married to a sheriff deputy was sentenced to four years and two months in prison.
