Rosewood is joining the Fox fall stable.
Actor Morris Chestnut stars as Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr., a brilliant pathologist for hire working in tandem with the Miami PD, particularly Detective Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz).
The series, executives produced by Todd Hartan, is yet another positive step in the direction of diversity for FOX, following last season’s huge hit Empire. Looking at Rosewood as Dexter without the sociopathy, the trailer helps the show’s case. I can see this lasting a little while. See for yourself here and be ready for Rosewood‘s premiere this fall.
