Last summer was supposed to be Meek Mill‘s. With “I Don’t Know,” “They Don’t Love You No More,” and “Off The Corner” in heavy rotation just about anywhere rap bangers are played, and an early September release date for his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money–not to mention an arena-shaking performance of his “Dreams & Nightmares Intro” at Hot 97’s Summer Jam–the stars appeared to be aligning for the Philadelphia bred rapper. Until they weren’t. Until a judge decided Meek had violated his probation and tossed him in jail for the rest of the year.
