Signed to Water Music, Alus has been supported by the likes of Steve Rifkind, Russell Simmons, Jerry Wonda and a plethora of other legendary personnel. Having released her previous effort Alustrious last year, which spawned the hit “Ordinary Girl” that was heard blaring through the speakers of major radio stations such as Hot 97 and Power 105.1, Alus looks to double up with her forthcoming project Alustrious 2. She has been spotted in the studio with producer Lee On The Beats (Rick Ross, Drake) and artist/producer Velous (Kanye West, Fabolous), so the second installment is sure to keep heads turning.

Today she unveils the lyric video for the bouncy track “Red Hair, Don’t Care.” Thought it was left off the upcoming release, the song and visual serve as a perfect warm up to what is sure to be a phenomenal release.
