Eminem is taking his talents to the small screen.
Eminem has been out of the spotlight for a minute. Just recently, he released a track called “Phenomenal” that is said to be on the soundtrack for the upcoming boxing flick Southpaw — which he will executively produce the entire soundtrack for.
According to Deadline, Em will serve as the executive producer for the Narc series inspired by the 2002 film directed by Joe Carnahan. Narc tells the tale of two detectives solving the mysterious murder of an undercover cop. The setting of the series will take place in Detroit, making Em fit for his role since he’s a Detroit native.
Em is expected to provide original musical content for the series. This should work out well because top musicians and TV series has been a good collaboration in the past. Remember Timbaland and Empire?
Narc is expected to be pitched to major networks.
