Police are investigating the explosion during a music concert at the Formosa Water Park in New Taipei City, Taiwan, on June 28
Taiwan’s Ministry of Health says that of the 498 people injured in the explosion at the Formosa Fun Coast park in suburban Taipei and 202 are in serious condition. The video below shows the cause but the reason for the explosion is unclear.

The first victim has died from the explosion at Formosa Water Park Saturday. Lee Pei-yun, a 20-year-old woman who suffered burns to 90 percent of her body in Saturday’s explosion at ‘Color Play Asia’ event. This is the first reported fatality of the 498 people injured by the massive explosion at a venue in Taiwan during a Hip Hop set. Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the colored powder sprayed from the stage during the rap performance to catch fire.
