“Jeremy Scott: The People’s Designer” is set to provide a detailed look into the life of famed and acclaimed designer Jeremy Scott. Renowned for his bold and audacious design vision, Scott has morphed, through his creative work into one of the worlds biggest brand directors and designers.
Audience members will take a journey from Scott’s humble beginnings in a small Missouri town, to his coveted position as creative director of luxury Italian apparel brand Moschino. With a multitude of celebrity co signs, Scott continues to warrant massive attention and appeal. The likes of A$AP Rocky, Katy Perry, Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus and Rita Ora will all be featured in interviews throughout the documentary.
While the film will examine the world of avant-garde fashion Scott has brought into reality, it will also observes the designers character and persona. Scotts goals for the future, inspirations, fears and opinions on contemporary culture will all paint a picture of the fashion stars perspective on the world. Traveling from his home in LA to Moschino’s presences at New York and London fashion weeks, the movie is set to explore a variety of both national and international settings. The very polarizing Jeremy Scott is at the top of the fashion industry at the moment and “The People’s Designer” releasing September 18th will offer a look at just how he got there.
