Miles Ahead will be the closing night selection
The Film Society of Lincoln Center has just announced that Don Cheadle’s directorial debut film “Miles Ahead” will make its world premiere as the closing night selection for the upcoming 53rd annual New York Film Festival which will take place from September 25 through October 11. Cheadle will also star in this film as the legendary musician opposite Emayatzy Corinealdi and Ewan McGregor.
Tickets for the 53rd New York Film Festival will go on sale in early September.
