Directed and co-written by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, “Vacation” stars Ed Helms as the films protagonist, the unlucky Russell “Rusty” Griswold, whose only goal for the summer is to take his family on an enjoyable vacation in the hopes of reliving his childhood. “Vacation,” starring Christina Applegate, Leslie Mann, Chris Hemsworth, Beverly D’Angelo and Chevy Chase, certainly lives up to its predecessors’ legacies of grotesque and unfortunate hilarity. The Griswold family just can’t seem to catch a break as disaster after disaster follows them on their cross-country journey to Walley World. Watch this family’s dynamic shift from hating one another to struggling for survival as the family comes together and learns to appreciate each other. Don’t Miss the latest installment of the “National Lampoon’s Vacation” series, available in theaters July 29th.
