“GOLD” is produced by Mike Regal where he also raps and features VONNY Del Fresco. The Song Idea originally came to Regal while talking with VONNY as they both had their gold bottoms in. They didn’t want it to be a typical song about gold teeth, so they took a more lyrical and wide range approach to the song. Although the song did not make Mike’s album, it was good enough that he wanted to get it out there before his LP or any other singles dropped. When you hear it, you’ll have a good idea of what to expect on the project if Mike said this was one that didn’t make the cut.
