An eye-opening 10 million dollar lawsuit has been filed against Nick Gordon and it alleges that Gordon gave Bobbi Kristina Brown a deadly cocktail mix that caused her unresponsive condition and eventual death. Filed in Atlanta’s Fulton County court by Brown’s court appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove, the documents give eerie details of exactly what happened the night Whitney Houston’s daughter was found in a bathtub unconscious.

The filing claims that Gordon had come to Brown’s home after wild partying and a cocaine binge. Gordon, who had been monitoring Brown and listening in on her phone conversations, accused Brown of cheating on him. Several witnesses that were present at the time verified that the two argued for approximately 30 minutes. Gordon repeatedly punched Brown several times. Brown was curled up in a fetal position as Gordon continued to kick her. The suit states that Gordon gave Brown a toxic cocktail mix and subdued her face in the tub. When medical help arrived after a house guest discovered Brown, the 19 year old was covered with fresh bruises and a tooth that was nearly falling out. The original suit was filed on June 24th and it accused Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money out of Brown’s account into his. The updated suit charges Gordon with the wrongful death of Brown. Hargrove said, “We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina.”
