Hundreds of influencers from the worlds of fashion, music, art and design attended the 50,000 square-foot interactive funhouse celebrating style and culture at New York Fashion Week.

Hosts Drew Barrymore and Alexa Chung joined Refinery29 co-founders Philippe von Borries, Justin Stefano, Christene Barberich, andPiera Gelardi, and hundreds of influencers for the opening night of “29Rooms,” a 50,000 square-foot immersive installation presented by Refinery29 that celebrates style and culture through art exhibitions, film, virtual reality experiences, music, and more. The opening night event took place on Thursday, September 10 at 15 Huron Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Baddiewinkle, Susanne Bartsch, Eva Chen, Olivia Culpo, Alan Cumming, Isabelle Fuhrman, Diane Guerrero, Solange Knowles, Chelsea Leyland, Ashley Madekwe, Rose McGowan, Dascha Polanco, Catt Sadler, Christian Siriano, and 29Rooms collaborators Danielle Levitt, Amirah Kassem, Petra Collins, Crystal Moselle and the women of ALDA were among the the guests at the event.

29Rooms opening night featured DJ sets by Basement Jaxx, Brenmar, Venus X, and Harley Viera Newton. Guests enjoyed drinks courtesy of William Grant and Brooklyn Brewery, and had a bite at Shake Shack’s first-ever Brooklyn pop-up.
