In Washington D.C., things have kicked off in the 20th anniversary celebration of the Million Man March, and marchers and participants have wasted no time incorporating today’s socially conscious Hip-Hop into the ebb and flow of a historic celebration, and a momentous day of acknowledgement. In the video clip above, marchers can be heard chanting the chorus to Kendrick Lamar‘s triumphant To Pimp A Butterfly standout, “Alright,” as they proceed through the streets.
