Festival season may be over, but Drake‘s still going. His second weekend at Austin City Limits in Texas–also known as ACL Fest–was again a surprise affair, as J. Cole, who had marched with activists at Washington D.C.’s Million Man March just hours before, made an appearance during Drizzy’s set. The Dreamville head honcho performed his verse on Jeremih‘s latest hit “Planes,” as well as his 2014 Forest Hills Drive standout, “Tale Of 2 Citiez.”

Drake brought a little bit of surprise himself, in the form of an update on the highly-anticipated new video for “Hotline Bling,” the Toronto native’s biggest hit record in 6 years. According to Drake he finished editing the video Friday night, and we could have it “as soon as this week.” The timing couldn’t be more perfect, as the Nineteen85-produced cut inched to the #3 spot on the Billboard 100 last night, and the release of the visual could give it the final thrust it needs to get to #1, and end Drake’s quest for his first solo #1 hit.
Lastly, Drizzy made it clear that ACL would be his last show of the year, and that he would be getting to work on finishing his 4th solo LP, Views From The 6.
