What do you think of Obama’s tips?
The Democratic National Committee event was held yesterday in San Francisco and two of the biggest parts of the schedule were the Kanye West performance and President Obama‘s speech.
Before Ye hit the stage (and you can watch the performance here), Obama talked briefly about his plans to run for President in 2020. Mixed with the humour that we’ve always loved from the President, he handed out some quick tips.
First he mentioned that Kanye would have to deal with a lot of people who “behave like they’re on a reality TV show”. Then he followed it up with a reference to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, claiming it’s an off-message in politics. Finally, he mentioned how difficult it’s going to be to become President as an African American from Chicago.
Impossible, right?
