Brees is the epitome of fine wine; they only get better as they get older
If you missed the New Orleans Saints vs New York Giants game, go find a corner somewhere and stare at the wall for missing out on greatness. These two franchises dueled it out to the 3rd highest scoring game in NFL history. With a combination of 101 total points scored between the two, the Saints was able to call on kicker Kai Forbath to nail a 51 yead field goal to improve to 4-4 as they defeat the Giants at home 52-49. Records were broken left and right during this highly competitive game. New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees joined the prestigious 7 touchdown club. He became the 7th NFL quarterback to tie the single game record while throwing for an astonishing 511 yards.

In a losing effort, Eli had a historic game in front of the loud spectators at the Superdome. Peyton’s little brother became the first player in NFL history to throw for 6 touchdowns and no interceptions in a game in which his team lost. In addition, he surpassed the great Joe Montana for 11th place for the all time touchdowns thrown in a career (274).

The Saints will be hosting the Tennessee Titans next Sunday as they are looking to improve to 5-4. Meanwhile, the Giants are looking to bounce back from their devastating loss by going up against the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay.
