Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowl wideout Dez Bryant has always had somewhat of a love-hate relationship with the media but it seems to have came to a head Thursday (November 12). During an open media access, Bryant got into a heated argument ESPN‘s Jean-Jacques Taylor. The receiver was upset about a story that Taylor had written the previous week.

The two continued to exchange words until fellow wide receiver Devin Street attempted to quell the drama. But eventually Street stated that Taylor hurled a racial epithet at him. Taylor, who is black, vehemently denied using the slur, which was also confirmed by other players that were present.

Robert Klemko of The MMQB was present and spoke of the incident on his Twitter

After hearing that Klemko shared the story of the incident via Twitter, Bryant had an exchange with him, forcing a public relations personnel to separate the two. Bryant shouted to him, “If you’re going to report something, report it right.” Pro Bowl tight end Jason Witten, who was a few feet away doing an interview of his own, stepped away and attempted to break up the skirmish. Bryant allegedly went on to call the media “dirty” nine times. He later sat at his locker and then left the locker room blaring music from his speaker system. After the dust had settled, Bryant went on social media and voiced his opinion.
