Since the Lakers are showing no signs of playoff contention this year, who wouldn’t want to see Kobe Bryant make one last run towards an Olympic Gold Medal? Of course nothing is final, however, Bryant did express his interest of being a part of the Olympic roster. Although Kobe will probably not start for the Olympic team, he will definitely be a huge asset and contribute to the team. Even from his recent games, Kobe showed the ability to keep up with the younger NBA players. The Olympic roster could use the competitive hunger we all love from Bryant.

Again this is all speculation, however, it would be epic to see Kobe Bryant with another Gold medal.
