Fresh off her powerhouse performance at the Soul Train Awards, Grammy Award winning artist Fantasia Barrino has stepped back in the studio to prepare for a new project slated for release next year.
Fantasia recently joined the management roster at Primary Wave Entertainment, alongside incredible talent like Cee Lo Green, Eric Benet, Gabrielle Union and more.
It’s been two years since Fanatasia dropped her last album Side Effects Of You, which reached number one on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart. “This will be my fifth album and 10 years in the game for me,” says ‘Tasia on her upcoming project. “Musically I’ve grown, and in my life I’ve grown. I want all of that reflected in my music for this album.”
The American Idol season three winner will also be returning to her old stomping grounds for guest appearances and performances throughout the upcoming final season of the show, which begins in January.
