On August 29 of this year, J. Cole brought his 2014 Forest Hills Drive arena tour to his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina in one of the most emotional moments of his relatively young career. The sold out crowd was treated to energetic performances of every single song on Cole’s platinum-selling 2014 Forest Hills Drive album–which was released in December of 2014 and sold over 350,000 copies its first week–in addition to surprise performances from two of the biggest rappers in the game: Jay Z and Drake.
