Fox News has decided to suspend two of their commentators after both used foul language while commenting on President Obama’s terrorism speech Sunday night (December 6).
Lt. Col. Ralph Peters and Stacey Dash both were suspended for using foul language while on the air criticizing President Obama after his speech on terrorism.
Peters was first in shaming the President, calling him a “total p*ssy” who “doesn’t want to hurt our enemies.” A couple hours later, Dash said President Obama “didn’t give a s*it” about his terrorism speech. Both were not bleeped out for their language, catching the ears of viewers. Fox News is known for being critical of (and at times brutal on) the President, but apparently its foul language where they draw the line.
Fox Senior Executive Vice President Bill Shine released a statement on the duo’s suspension, condemning the language that was used on air. “Earlier today, Fox contributors Lt. Col. Ralph Peters and Stacey Dash made comments on different programs that were completely inappropriate and unacceptable for our air. Fox Business Network and Fox News Channel do not condone the use of such language, and have suspended both Peters and Dash for two weeks.”
Both Dash and Peters have since apologized for their language.
