Earlier today we learned the unfortunate news about rapper Meek Mill. A Philadelphia judge ruled that he violated his probation, which apparently set Chris Brown off on a rant about the whole legal system. We all know Chris has had his share of legal issues himself, and just recently got off probation stemming from his Rihanna assault case back in March. Brown has never been one to hold his tongue, but the rant comes interestingly close to the date of his new album, Royalty, which was released at midnight. Check out the singer’s tweets below.
