Emerging seemingly out of nowhere, Jidenna caught the world by storm with traditional garb matched and his synth heavy single “Classic Man.” The record, which speaks to every male’s inner gentleman, was an undeniable hit that captured the hearts of every music fan from eight to 80. Jidenna’s clean cut aesthetic along with the song’s universal appeal had much to do with its upward trajectory but even with the mainstream appreciation, the instrumentals infectious rhythm and the catchy medley was simply the icing on the cake for the newcomer. Not to mention, Kendrick Lamar‘s jaw dropping verse on the remix only gave the song more life.
