Describing herself as “the lion in the booth,” Tange Lomax‘s new video for “Black Models” simply oozes coolness.

Tange’s ability to change her vocal flows is part of this emerging artist’s allure; she can drop a mean freestyle, while also stepping naturally into the soulful and smooth world of R&B, sometimes even on the same song.

Her experimental tendencies as an artist are showcased wonderfully in her latest music video, as filmed by Tristan Pelletier, all shot in Tange’s hometown of Greensboro, North Carolina.

The video showcases Tange vibing out and getting lost in her own world, with the feminine touch of a butterfly mural as one of the backdrops.

The track was produced by Grove$ide and the video production credits go to Nomad Staff.

Tange this month released a 5-track EP, No Hard Feelings.
