According to this Refinery29 report, the wildly popular Mexican chain restaurant, which has come under fire in recent weeks thanks to illnesses to nearly 150 customers in New York, Boston, Washington and Oregon, will close the doors of every single store in order to meet about better food safety procedures and methods moving forward.

Though it sounds like a dramatic plan, Chipotle’s doors won’t even be closed for a full day. According to CEO Steve Ells, the meetings will last a few hours on February 8, after which time you’ll be able to blow extra change on guac like there’s no tomorrow.
