Earvin “Magic” Johnson dazzled the world for 13 NBA seasons bringing flair both off and on the court as part of the “Showtime Lakers.” Arguably one of the most recognizable athletes ever, the 6 ft. 9 point guard is often credited as being one of the forefathers of the flashy style of play that hoop fans love so much. Magic was style and substance as his achievements on the court were nothing to sneeze at either. Dominant throughout his career, he lead the NBA in assists 4 times and in steals twice. Oh and he has a couple of championship trophies as well.
