Ice Cube Hints At Possible N.W.A. Reunion KC Orcutt January 18, 2016 Hip Hop Community News, Hip Hop Culture | Hip Hop Arts and Lifestyle, TV All it took was founding member of N.W.A., Ice Cube, to say, “I’ve got some tricks up my sleeve,” to get rumors circulating all over the Internet speculating at a N.W.A. reunion. Cube’s currently slated to perform this year’s Coachella festival as a solo artist, and he continued on in an interview with The Talk: “I’m gonna try to bring the members of N.W.A together. Give everybody a little history lesson on Ice Cube and N.W.A., Westside Connection, everything I’ve been doing over the years.” If Ice Cube’s plan is to be executed, it would be the first N.W.A. reunion with all four surviving members in decades—a whopping 25 years since Dr. Dre was featured on stage as part of the group. Cube also went on to say there would be “some great visuals,” hinting at the possibility of an Eazy-E hologram or visual component to go along with the reunion. Wouldn’t that be something?
