Images have leaked of a the next supposed Supreme x Nike collaborative release. Utilizing the Air Max 98 silhouette, it seems as though Supreme will outfit the retro runner with a pearlized snakeskin on one pair and a completely solid black color way on another. While photos of only two color ways have surfaced online, it’s rumored that there are two more pairs apart of the collection that remain to be seen.
Nike has a relatively storied past with Supreme dating back to 2002 with the legendary elephant print Dunk Low Pro SB collaboration. Producing the fervently sought after Supreme x Nike Air Foamposite and most recently teaming up with Nike’s Jordan Brand subsidiary on a pair of Air Jordan Retro 5s, the culture’s most popular skate brand looks to be back in business with the swoosh. This time, the streetwear manufacturer looks to innovate on the underrated Air Max 98.
There is still no official confirmation of the shoes existence, yet the spawning of leaked images is something the internet realized with last year’s massively popular Supreme Air Jordan 5. No details have been popped up in regards to when the public can expect to see the Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 hit stores, but stay tuned for release details as they become available.
