One of the directors on the hit series Law & Order, Jason Alexander, has plead guilty to child pornography charges.

The 51-year-old plead guilty in New York, where officials say files were found on Alexander’s home computer that portrayed obscene sexual performances by a child.

His court date is set for May 3 and if charged, he may spend up to seven years in prison.

Alexander not only has directed episodes of Law & Order for 20 years, but he also had direction over popular shows The Blacklist and Rescue Me.
