Two strippers have won a federal lawsuit against Queens, NY strip club Sugardaddy’s, settling for a whopping $200,000. Methane Tapia and Shauna Kern, both former dancers at the gentleman’s club sued the Long Island City establishment claiming that they were cheated out of tips, overtime and minimum wage. Though the venue admitted to no wrongdoing in the matter, they agreed to the settlement which was filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
Tapia, who dances under the pseudonym “Karma,” has had prior experience in the court of law, previously filing a lawsuit against another venue in Astoria, NY, collecting $40,000 in that case.
