Over a year ago, Caitlyn Jenner was involved in a car wreck that resulted in the death of another motorist, followed by a lawsuit filed by the victim’s step children William Howe and Dana Redmond. Their stepmother was driving a Lexus and Jenner’s car crashed into her vehicle, leading to a chain reaction that involved several other cars.
According to TMZ, the settlement was a “very modest amount” due to the fact that the victim’s step children had no real legal authority to press the issue. The amount was actually paid by the insurance company, having no money come out of Caitlyn Jenner’s pockets. Though this has been settled, Jenner is still facing another lawsuit from the family that was in the Hummer during wreck.
