Even though the entire incident was captured on club surveillance cameras, Azealia Banks will not be charged for attacking a bouncer at the Break Room 86 club in Los Angeles.
The District Attorney for the City of Los Angeles dismissed the case, saying that there was lack of evidence and the security camera footage wasn’t enough. Police sources who’ve seen the video footage say it’s hard to tell who the aggressor was in the brawl and since the bouncer didn’t have any injuries, it would be tough to press charges.
The controversial femcee still has another assault case on her plate in NYC, where she was accused of allegedly biting a woman’s breast.
