Glad to know Bernie understands the significance of March Madness & acknowledges it as the Black national anthem pic.twitter.com/2ZcOpz44NL

As Bernie Sanders continues to narrow the national gap between himself and previous runaway Democratic favorite Hillary Clinton, the race for the black vote has intensified. After an innately focused week, during which Sanders met with Rev. Al Shaprton in Harlem, New York City, and was publicly endorsed by influential actor and civil rights advocate Harry Belafonte, Sanders appears to be taking it to the next level.
At a Senior’s Decide forum tonight, Bernie Sanders will be speaking to several senior citizens about issues that directly affect them, and how he can help make their lives easier, but before then, a light stunt. Judging by the above video, it looks like while Sanders waits for the venue to fill up, Future‘s “March Madness” is booming through the speakers, likely leaving several of the night’s attendees utterly confused.
Bernie’s not confused though. He knows exactly what he’s doing.
