After teasing the bombshell surveillance footage yesterday, TMZ has released full video footage of the incident in which Jaguars rookie Dante Fowler—the third pick in last year’s NFL Draft—refereed a fight between the mother of his child, and another, unidentified woman.
Though it was obvious what was taking place in the video based on yesterday’s teaser, this new footage makes it quite obvious that Fowler prompted the start of the fight, and when the women got too tangled, Fowler tossed one woman off the other (presumably his child’s mother). Yesterday, the Jaguars released a statement following Fowler’s apology, claiming that Dante made them aware of the incident “prior to the video being released and was embarrassed and remorseful.” Currently, the NFL is investigating the matter, including further review of the “images,” which they called “disturbing.”
